The Case of the Curious Shoulder

Very curious case...he's better..but WHAT WORKED? Shoulder pain in the upper part of the shoulder and the forearm. We did a lot of things for 2 months. Today, there is zero pain.

Question is - What worked? 1. Changing the ergonomics of the chair (Revolving caused pain so we made a steady one) 2. Travelling in the back seat instead of the front (front seat too low, caused more pain) 3. Shoulder exercises in the painful range 4. Hip exercises to stretch the Latissimus Dorsi (a muscle connecting the shoulder to the hip) 5. Table Tennis 6. Walks 7. Steps 8. Kinetic Control exercise of shoulder rotation He did it all...
