About us

We move.
Movement is what we, as primates, understand from the moment of conception.
Sixth sense, is an intuition. But Seventh Sense, builds our awareness to our subconscious mind. We call it, the sense of well being.
A movement centre is a confluence of ideas on Movement forms where each Exercise Module, has been designed by specialists, to suit a purpose and to maximize every workout minute.
A 12 session module at Seventh Sense, thus resembles nuances from Performing Arts, integrated with ancient forms ofYoga, updated versions of Kinetic Control and a twist of creativity in every last session.
