Tai Chi is a traditional form of exercise where slow, co-ordinated movements are combined with breath control.
 

Improved blood circulation causes improved oxygenation to the mind making it an effective tool to manage stress and reduce high blood pressure.
Graceful movements burn fat and toxins due to the tremendous focus they demand.

Qigong focuses on the diaphragm or the breathing muscle. Efficient diaphragm 
work ensures good internal organ movements.

 

Bloating, abdominal tightness, acidity and several digestive problems can be reversed.


Tai Chi and Qigong - when practiced together, step by step, level by level, pulls up each one of us mentally and spiritually.
