Correct your imperfect angles, take pain away from movements, using appropriate muscle work.
To be 'light on your feet' you need good hip control, to be 'moving in circles, you need core and midline muscle strength, to move into 'highs and lows' we need a good inner ear stimulation.
Through carefully deliberated concepts of dance, we tackle several common problems like Vertigo, Body weight imbalance and Core weakness.
The study of dance, is a science of movement.
