This module has been designed in three levels.

 

Level 1

IYENGAR YOGA

Enhancing core strength flexibility and balance, this module is slow and powerful.

The impact is an elongation and a feeling of release.

 

It all starts with a 'feeling' of tightness. Our myofascia starts to lose water content and then it spills restrictions into joint structures.


Iyengar yoga, using props, allows the body to take its time. It lets the structure re-learn its length, hence creating a more permanent change.
