ATB is a practical program that includes a host of creatively designed exercises based on attention, concentration, relaxation and focus. 

Learn to “listen” to varied inputs that you receive from your inner and outer world...

 

The exercises in ATB make you smile at your complexity. Enjoy it. And then work around it, whenever need be.

 

Awareness Through the Body… How will it help me?

 

It helps each one of us to…

 

.. Become aware of the witness attitude and begin to cultivate it.

 

.. Develop awareness of the different levels of consciousness.

 

.. Enhance concentration and focus, and the capacity for being in the present.

 

.. Learn how to explore, understand and manage emotions.

 

.. Become aware of breathing patterns, their effects on the various parts of the being, and how breath can be used to make changes within yourself.

 

.. Improve the capacity to adapt and be flexible.

ATB 1 Exploration Certification Program (for adults) - 15th and 16th October Thursday,

ATB Basic Tools for parents and Teachers (for adults) On request – conducted in Schools
 

ATB Kids of Kindergarten (for age 4-5 yrs) - 19th, 20th and 21st October – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 4-5pm
  

ATB Kids (for age 8 to 12 yrs) - 19th, 20th and 21st October – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 5.30-7pm
 

ATB at the Farm - 17th, 18th October Weekend
