5th Gear is an extremely creative program that makes you 'sweat it out' till you want more.

 

You don't need your own cycles, but you definitely need to put on those running shoes and get ready to race.

We cover dynamic stretch workouts, speed, agility, power and strength. Outdoor sessions are made fun and indoor sessions take over your routine gym, into total body circuit workouts.
They are all designed to compliment one another, to reduce chances of injury.

Mumbai is a different city early morning. With a different energy.
